We’re progressing Hillcroft, with construction underway in Stage 6 and upgrades continuing across roads, services and parks. We’re also planning new open space, including improvements at Davis Park and Brady Park, to support a growing community. Alongside this, community programs and events are bringing people together and supporting a connected, welcoming neighbourhood.

Long‑term estate transformation

The Hillcroft project is creating a modern, socially mixed and sustainable neighbourhood that supports long-term housing affordability and community wellbeing. The renewal will introduce a carefully planned mix of new private homes and social housing, supported by high quality open spaces and improved local connections.

Homes NSW continues to lead rehousing and demolition activities to support the safe and staged delivery of Hillcroft.
