Located at Panorama at North Wilton, this demonstration home will be an interactive experience open to all. The public is invited to visit and learn how to incorporate sustainable choices in their homes – whether they’re building a new home or upgrading their current home.
Panorama will deliver a thriving community of 5,600 new homes over the next 20 years.

More than just a display home, the Panorama net zero home will serve as an interactive learning space for the public, showcasing practical ways to incorporate sustainable design in new and existing homes. Visitors will be able to explore cutting-edge renewable energy solutions, passive design principles, and innovative building materials firsthand.

- The community is designed to enable carbon-neutral living, reducing emissions while promoting sustainable lifestyles.
- North Wilton is an all electric community, focusing on renewable energy and water efficiency.

A blueprint for future sustainable homes
The Panorama Net Zero Demonstration Home is a key action in NSW's Net Zero Cities Action Plan. Landcom and McDonald Jones Homes aim to drive industry-wide change by showing how volume homebuilders could deliver sustainability at scale. Preliminary works have begun and the home is expected to be completed in late 2025.
