Register for the Landcom Interactive Developer Portal to gain access to information on upcoming land divestment opportunities before official market release. The portal provides eligible developers with insights into current and future opportunities, including site information, planning controls, estimated yield, sustainability requirements, proposed release dates, and Expression of Interest opportunities.
By joining the portal, you can stay informed about future releases, provide feedback on proposed divestment strategies, register your interest in specific opportunities, and access Expression of Interest data rooms when available. Access is limited to eligible developers and is subject to approval by Landcom.
Landcom invites Expressions of Interest (EOI) from suitably qualified organisations to deliver an upcoming terrace housing project at Edmondson Park using Modern Methods of Construction (MMC). The purpose of this EOI is to identify respondents with the capability, experience, systems and capacity to participate in a subsequent selective detailed Design and Construct (D&C) tender.
