Current as at: March 2026

Landcom and Homes NSW are progressing a number of projects in Airds, including road realignment works in Stage 7A which are on track to finish in late April and preparing for construction in Stage 7B. Cottage sites have been completed and will soon open new local road connections. Upgrades on Towner Avenue and earthworks at Kevin Wheatley Reserve are continuing, with solutions underway to address recent service approval issues. Construction of The Pond is progressing, with completion expected in mid‑2026.

New land release via ballot

New Land Release via Ballot – Opening Soon

We’re excited to announce the next land release at Newbrook will take place on Saturday 30 May 2026.

This release will be offered via an online ballot which will open on Monday 25 May, followed by in-person appointments, providing everyone with an equal opportunity to purchase land at this popular master planned community.

Bordering the Georges River Reserve and conveniently close to Campbelltown’s shopping, schools and transport, Newbrook offers a range of lots to choose from. Positioned alongside green space, local parks and upgraded playing fields, this is your opportunity to create the lifestyle you’ve been looking for.

•    Lot sizes: 302m2 to 749m2

•    Prices start from: $495,000*

•    10m, 12.5m and corner lots available

•    Land registration: Anticipated September 2027**

•    Contract exchange: 5% deposit due within 30 days of contract issue.

Long‑term estate transformation

The Airds–Bradbury renewal project is transforming the existing public housing estate into a modern, socially mixed and sustainable community. Ageing homes are being replaced with a planned mix of private homes, social housing and seniors housing, with the rehousing process managed by Homes NSW.

We’re also investing in new community infrastructure to create a connected, inclusive neighbourhood where residents can thrive at every stage of life.
