This release will be offered via an online ballot which will open on Monday 25 May, followed by in-person appointments, providing everyone with an equal opportunity to purchase land at this popular master planned community.

The Airds–Bradbury renewal project is transforming the existing public housing estate into a modern, socially mixed and sustainable community. Ageing homes are being replaced with a planned mix of private homes, social housing and seniors housing, with the rehousing process managed by Homes NSW.
We’re also investing in new community infrastructure to create a connected, inclusive neighbourhood where residents can thrive at every stage of life.
