  • around 300 new homes, including houses, duplexes and townhouses
  • at least 20% of homes set aside as affordable housing for low-to-moderate-income households
  • a new community designed with innovation, sustainability and liveability in mind, that aims to set the standard for contemporary new housing in Orange and Central West NSW.

Delivery of Affordable Housing is subject to funding/subsidies and partnership with a Community Housing Provider.

The Department of Planning, Housing and Infrastructure has approved the planning proposal from Landcom to rezone vacant Council-owned land for residential use in Orange. The masterplan DA is now being assessed by Orange City Council.
