a new community designed with innovation, sustainability and liveability in mind, that aims to set the standard for contemporary new housing in Orange and Central West NSW.

Delivery of Affordable Housing is subject to funding/subsidies and partnership with a Community Housing Provider.

October 2025

The Department of Planning, Housing and Infrastructure has approved the planning proposal from Landcom to rezone vacant Council-owned land for residential use in Orange. The masterplan DA is now being assessed by Orange City Council.

New land release - Register for the Preview Weekend

We're excited to announce the first land release at Redleaf will soon be available to purchase.

Redleaf is Orange's newest masterplanned community, thoughtfully designed to bring people closer to nature, connection and the things that matter most. With a range of lot sizes available, the first release offers something for first home buyers, growing families and downsizes alike, all within a 6 Star Green Star Communities rated neighbourhood.

A Preview Weekend will be held on Saturday 22 August and Sunday 23 August where you can speak to our sales agents and review information on the project and your preferred land. This will be followed by the Land Release Weekend on 29 and 30 August which is when land will be available to purchase.

• Prices from $235,000*

• Anticipated land registration: Stage 1 late 2027**

• Contract exchange: 5% deposit due within 30 days of the contract issue date.
