Landcom and Homes NSW are progressing a range of works in Claymore, including preparing for Stage 6 construction, continuing civil works and remediation in Stage 4, and finalising designs for the Davis Park upgrade which is due for completion in early 2027.

New land release via ballot

The next land release at Hillcroft will take place on Saturday 9 and Sunday 10 May 2026. The release will be offered via an online ballot which will open on Monday 4 May, followed by in-person appointments, providing everyone with an equal opportunity to purchase land at this popular master planned community.

  • Lot sizes: 292m² to 741m²
  • Prices start from: $535,000*
  • 10m, 12.5m and corner lots available
  • Land registration: anticipated xxx 2027.**
  • Contract exchange: 5% deposit due within 30 days of contract issue.

To streamline the purchase process during high demand land releases, we’re introducing a new way to buy at Hillcroft.
