We’re also planning new open space, including improvements at Davis Park and Brady Park, to support a growing community. New land release - Ballot registration opening soon

We’re excited to announce the next land release at Hillcroft will take place on Saturday 5 September and Sunday 6 September 2026.

The release will be offered via an online ballot which will open on Monday 31 August, followed by in-person appointments, providing you with an equal opportunity to purchase land at this popular master planned community.
