New land release via ballot
The next land release at Hillcroft will take place on Saturday 9 and Sunday 10 May 2026. The release will be offered via an online ballot which will open on Monday 4 May, followed by in-person appointments, providing everyone with an equal opportunity to purchase land at this popular master planned community.
The ballot process
To streamline the purchase process during high demand land releases, we’re introducing a new way to buy at Hillcroft.
To ensure you receive a link to the ballot you need to complete the register to buy form, please click the button below. This will ensure you receive the next email early next week with a link to enter the ballot.
Please note that submitting a ballot entry does not guarantee a lot, as availability depends on demand and the order of appointments.
For full details, eligibility criteria and helpful tips on preparing for the ballot, please refer to the land purchase via ballot flyer.
