A welcoming, family-friendly community

Construction works for Stage 11 are continuing, while further site investigations for Stages 4 and 5 are under way before we progress with remediation works and construction, now anticipated to start in early 2024.

We are preparing a development application to upgrade Dimeny Park to better utilise the recreational space.

The latest release of lots for sale was held on 23 September 2023.
