Speaking Up

Landcom is committed to a culture that encourages people to speak up about issues or conduct that concern them. When you see or suspect that something isn’t quite right, we encourage you to report it as soon as possible.

Landcom’s Speak Up Integrity Hotline is an independent and externally managed hotline provided by our integrity partner, Core Integrity.

The Hotline is a way for customers, members of the public, suppliers, contractors, subcontractors and Landcom staff to report their concerns about actual or suspected wrongdoing, unethical or illegal conduct or issues that may be concerning or impacting them, our customers or Landcom itself. In addition, under the Public Interest Disclosures Act 2022, public officials (which includes Landcom staff as well as entities or people providing services or exercising functions on behalf of Landcom) can now make a report about serious wrongdoing, which will be considered a public interest disclosure or PID, via the Speak Up Hotline.
