Our ambition
Landcom makes a positive difference in people's lives across NSW by increasing the supply, affordability and diversity of housing and creating sustainable communities.
Our goals
We help the NSW Government achieve its urban management objectives.
We are focused on four goals:
Increase housing supply on surplus government land and by transacting with private landowners
Expand to regional NSW, especially where the economy is impacted by housing supply issues
Leadership in Affordable Housing, including delivery of at least 1,800 new affordable homes by 2029
Build to Rent program with pilots in Regional NSW
