Welcome to Schofields

A cool, green and sustainable neighbourhood for Sydney’s northwest

Current as at: July 2023

The development application for Schofields was approved in 2020, covering the site’s subdivision to create 88 lots, plus construction of 24 adjoining homes, and civil works to enable the future delivery of homes.

Bulk earthworks commenced in July 2022 and will be followed by civil works.

Expressions of interest for sales have not yet begun. If you are interested in future sales information, please sign up via the Stay in Touch panel below to receive future project updates by email.

Sales are anticipated to begin in late 2024.

The project

Centred on the principles of good design, diversity and liveability, Landcom’s project at Schofields in Sydney’s northwest is unlike traditional new home communities.

The project will showcase housing types that reflect the changing needs of our diverse communities, such as terraces, manor homes and innovative compact housing.

Located less than one kilometre from Schofields Station, the project will feature a significant increase in tree cover and landscaping, providing shade and helping to maintain more comfortable outdoor temperatures during warmer weather.

With 20% fewer hard surfaces and paved areas compared to standard developments, and 20% more green verge, the Schofields project will set a benchmark for liveable green streets.

These green spaces also encourage incidental play and interaction with neighbours, providing a greater sense of belonging and community connection.
