Hello and welcome to the first edition of ‘In the Making’.

In 2026, Landcom is celebrating 50 years making homes happen. It’s a perfect time to create new ways to connect with you - our customers, partners and stakeholders.

We’re entering a new chapter that's about sharpening our focus on what matters most: making more homes happen for the people of NSW.

It’s a renewed commitment built on 50 years of working to unlock land, transform places and help create communities that really last.

Together, we’ve helped make more than 110,000 homes happen, and we’re just getting started.

This evolution reflects how we work today and where we’re heading: a modern, forward-looking organisation focused on action, accountability and real outcomes. Our new tagline, “Making homes happen,” says it simply and confidently, and it’s what drives everything we do.

In the Making will help showcase the work we do, profiling the projects, places and positive impacts Landcom is creating in our cities and regional communities.

We invite you to explore the first edition and stay connected as this work unfolds. You’ll find a new edition each quarter.

If you have a moment, we’d also encourage you to watch our new corporate video, it’s a great snapshot of who we are and where we’re headed.
