Landcom invites respondents to submit an Expression of Interest to acquire lots in The Joinery Annandale – A rare landmark development opportunity situated within the evolving and exciting Inner-West precinct.
Located at 160-186 Parramatta Road and 79-95 Pyrmont Bridge Road, Annandale.
The lots have a combined area of approximately 7,749 square metres and are zoned MU1 Mixed Use. The current planning controls permit a Floor Space Ratio of 4.9:1, and maximum height of building of 77m.
With prominent street frontage, strong accessibility, and proximity to key amenities, infrastructure and transport, the site is well suited to a range of potential mixed-use residential outcomes including build to sell, build to rent, co-living or student accommodation.
