North Tuncurry rezoned (Midcoast LGA)
Our long awaited North Tuncurry Urban Release proposal has been finalised with 615 hectares of Crown Land rezoned for development.“This inspiring project will provide 2,100 homes, with at least 10% Affordable Rental Housing for low and moderate income earning households, as well as liveable and diverse housing, and we aspire to do more,” said Development Director Kemal Hughes. 22 June 2023 View

Partnering with NSW Land and Housing Corporation
Our longstanding partnership with NSW Land and Housing Corporation (LAHC) has delivered hundreds of refurbished houses, homesites and community facilities across projects in Airds, Claymore and Bonnyrigg. In FY22 our construction team delivered a 22-apartment building for LAHC clients and a community centre at Newbrook at Airds, and is currently building a new community centre at Bonnyrigg. 22 June 2023 View
