Our draft Community Participation Plan is now on exhibition

27 Apr 2022

Our draft Community Participation Plan explains how the community can participate in planning processes for activities assessed under Division 5.1 of the Environmental Planning & Assessment Act 1979.  Division 5.1 allows public authorities like Landcom, to self-assess and grant themselves the right to carry out certain development activities.

The draft Plan complements our engagement charter Join In, which outlines our commitment to engaging stakeholders and improving our engagement practice to help us support the NSW Government to achieve its urban management objectives.

You can view the draft Community Participation Plan here or visit our offices during business hours at Level 14, 60 Station Street in Parramatta.

We welcome submissions until 25 May 2022. Submissions should be sent to enquiries@landcom.nsw.gov.au or the Chief Executive Officer, Landcom, PO Box 237, Parramatta, NSW, 2124.
