Newbrook sales release

The most affordable new land release in Sydney will has been launched by UrbanGrowth NSW in its newest masterplanned community – Newbrook at Airds.

The first land release parcels start from $230,000, and are expected to be very well received in the current low interest rate environment.

Matthew Beggs, Acting Head of Transition: Retail Development, UrbanGrowth NSW comments, “The Sydney property market is currently experiencing strong demand and high clearance rates. Newbrook has been priced and positioned to attract first home buyers and families.

Newbrook is located within close proximity to Campbelltown which has been earmarked as a Regional City Centre by the Department of Planning in its ‘Plan for Growing Sydney’.
