The most affordable new land release in Sydney will has been launched by UrbanGrowth NSW in its newest masterplanned community – Newbrook at Airds.
The first land release parcels start from $230,000, and are expected to be very well received in the current low interest rate environment.
Matthew Beggs, Acting Head of Transition: Retail Development, UrbanGrowth NSW comments, “The Sydney property market is currently experiencing strong demand and high clearance rates. Newbrook has been priced and positioned to attract first home buyers and families.
“The masterplanned community is surrounded by a natural bushland environment and features extensive community facilities inside and surrounding the project. It is located within a short five minute drive to Campbelltown City Centre which is earmarked for significant growth and investment opportunities in the future.”
He added, “This is the second private and public housing partnership that has been delivered to the market by UrbanGrowth NSW and NSW Land and Housing Corporation. UrbanGrowth NSW recently sold its last land lot in its nearby Campbelltown area project, One Minto, which is an excellent example of a very successful public and private housing venture.
“We expect Newbrook to be another showcase project highlighting how effectively private and public housing can meld together to create a functional, thriving community where all generations live together in a harmonious environment.”
Newbrook is located within close proximity to Campbelltown which has been earmarked as a Regional City Centre by the Department of Planning in its ‘Plan for Growing Sydney’.
Campbelltown is one of only three Regional City Centres located outside the Sydney and Paramatta CBD’s and is positioned to attract a range of new business, government, health, retail and recreational opportunities to support the growing area.
