Riverstone Lands - Paper Subdivision Legislation now gazetted

20 Aug 2014

The NSW Government has introduced legislation to assist landowners in “paper subdivision” areas like the Scheduled Lands to co-ordinate the planning and delivery of services required to develop their land. The Paper Subdivision legislation relates to land containing lots that only have recognition on paper and, in most cases, have no formed roads, drainage, reticulated water, sewer or electricity.

This legislation is a big step forward for UrbanGrowth NSW in working with landowners in the Scheduled Lands as it provides a legal framework for the subdivision and coordination of works.
