Waiting in the queue inside the Renwick Sales Centre out of the rain and with beverages in hand, the buyers were able to get to know their future neighbours. Some in the line planned to use their purchases as investment properties.

Second in the buyer line was Kieren Laverty pictured. Living in Bowral now, Kieren and his partner and baby son plan to start building on their Renwick lot later this year. “We wanted to buy in Renwick because it’s such a well-thought out community development. We look forward to moving in and starting afresh,” Kieren said.

Also in line was Alan Cunynghame from Yerrinbool who bought a Renwick lot for he and his wife and two children, 21 and 16. “Renwick is closer to shops and facilities in Mittagong and Bowral for the family and it has a beautiful outlook and a nice feel. The kids are excited.” Alan said.
