NSW Budget - Enabling more homes for Sydney
The 2025-26 NSW Budget has highlighted Landcom’s strong investment in supporting Sydney’s growth, unlocking land for new homes and community building infrastructure.
Budget papers outline continued funding across several key projects, demonstrating Landcom’s commitment to density done well and enabling diverse, affordable and well-connected housing opportunities.
- $1.38 billion investment in the Panorama development in the Wilton Growth Area.
- $598.3 million investment in the Glenfield housing development.
- $262.8 million investment in the Sydney Metro North-West Places development, in partnership with Sydney Metro.
- $244.4 million investment in the Newbrook (Airds) housing development in partnership with Homes NSW.
- $161.2 million investment in the Claymore housing project with Homes NSW.
- $70.4 million investment in the Macarthur Gardens North housing development.
