Landcom welcomes the NSW Government’s appointment of Eve Clark as a director to the Board of Landcom, strengthening its ability to make homes happen and build momentum in delivering more diverse and sustainable housing across New South Wales.

Eve’s appointment brings the Board to 7 members, further broadening the diversity of skills, experience and perspectives guiding Landcom as it steps up to address the state’s housing challenge.

As Landcom marks 50 years of shaping communities across NSW, the focus remains on  accelerating delivery and working with partners to unlock more homes where they are needed most.

Eve brings more than 25 years of experience across real estate investment, asset management and large-scale urban development. She has held senior leadership roles at Goldman Sachs and AMP Capital, and is currently Regional Director, Head of Australia at international architecture firm Henning Larsen.

Her career spans investment, development and design, with deep expertise in unlocking value, identifying opportunities and delivering high-quality built outcomes at scale. Eve’s experience across global markets and sectors, combined with strong industry relationships, will support Landcom to continue to accelerate delivery.

Eve is also an experienced director, having held executive and non-executive board roles across the property sector.

Eve will attend her first Board meeting in late June 2026.

Landcom welcomes Eve to the Board and looks forward to her contribution as the organisation continues turning policy ambition into real homes, places and communities across NSW.
