About Fletcher Community Centre:
Fletcher Community Centre, located in our retail development Sanctuary, was designed and built in collaboration with the Newcastle City Council as part of the Sanctuary Estate Planning Agreement. This agreement has also seen the establishment of a $15 million recreation and sporting complex to service the Sanctuary and broader Minmi corridor community. The building was officially opened on September 14 by the Deputy Lord Mayor of the City of Newcastle, Cr Brad Luke.
