• Our production program was ahead of target by 256 homesites at the end of September. This will drop to around 66 lots ahead of target in October and we then forecast it to rise to about 150 homesites ahead of target for the following six months.
• There has been a substantial recent increase in market demand, particularly in the south west, which has reduced stock levels across the portfolio. In response, we are accelerating production across all our projects.
