Net Zero

Landcom recently cut the ribbon on our new customer offering – the Panorama Net Zero Home.

The new display home is open and welcoming visitors to our North Wilton ‘Panorama’ project.

Delivered in partnership with McDonald Jones Homes, the home can generate as much (or more) energy than an average household uses. It could deliver potential savings of up $1,700 a year.

What makes this home stand out?

  • Fully electric + rooftop solar.
  • Year‑round comfort through insulation, airtight design and heat‑recovery ventilation.
  • Climate‑ready features including double glazing and storm‑rated roofing.
  • Water‑efficient fittings + recycled water irrigation.
  • Recycled materials throughout.
  • Certified BASIX 100 Energy, Green Star Homes, and a leading 8.7‑Star NatHERS rating.

The home is part of Landcom's sustainable 6 Star Green Star certified ‘Panorama’ development at North Wilton.

Visitors can get a practical, hands-on look at technologies, design and construction materials that can be used for new or existing homes.

The home is open every day 10am to 4pm. You don’t need to book, simply arrive and someone will be available to show you around.
