Mark Degotardi, Chief Executive Officer of the Community Housing Industry Association of NSW, shares the latest state of play for Community Housing Providers, and we introduce Janelle Goulding, Landcom’s new Director Business Development for Affordable Housing.

Our expansion into the regions continues with new partnerships that are key to our approach to Affordable Housing. Our most recent announcement was a project with Orange City Council.

We have a solid Affordable Housing program this year including both regional and metropolitan sites. Tenders are already underway with others soon to be announced.

We also celebrate the rezoning of the project at North Tuncurry - a milestone that reflects years of consultation with Traditional Owners and the local community.
