Lismore build to rent homes take shape
Have your say and help shape plans for a well connected, sustainable and inclusive community in Chatswood that is close to public transport, jobs and infrastructure.
You can share feedback on our plans in person and online until 9am, Monday 27 October 2025. Visit our Join in page to learn more, complete a survey and for details about our drop-in feedback sessions.
We will carefully consider feedback alongside planning requirements, such as site constraints, housing and sustainability targets, and project feasibility.
We aim to submit applications to the Department of Planning, Housing and Infrastructure in late 2025 for approval of the concept masterplan and site rezoning, and to deliver the build-to-rent units for essential workers. A summary of feedback will be documented and submitted with the applications.
The Department will exhibit the applications to give the public time to view the plans and submit feedback to inform their assessment.
