Construction works for Stage 11 are continuing, while further site investigations for Stages 4 and 5 are underway. We are on track for remediation and construction works to begin in early 2024.

We are continuing to work through the development application process to upgrade Dimeny Park to better utilise the recreational space for all to enjoy.

The latest release of lots for sale was held on 24 February 2024

The project

Hillcroft is a modern, socially mixed community set on 125 hectares in Sydney’s south western suburb of Claymore.

In partnership with the NSW Land and Housing Corporation, Landcom is delivering Hillcroft as an aspirational destination for affordable land and connected lifestyles.

The project includes:

  • 247 new land lots in Stages 1 and 2 (already completed)
  • 463 private homes and 128 social homes in Stages 3 to 6 (currently under development)
  • 330 private homes and 320 social homes in Stages 7 to 13 (to be delivered by NSW Land and Housing Corporation)
  • upgraded social housing
  • improved road and pedestrian connections
  • upgraded open spaces
  • a new town centre, combining shops and community facilities
  • events and skills development programs for the local community

Community

At Hillcroft, Landcom is committed to building a thriving and engaged community through activities that bring people together to interact and learn. These include:

  • Community-related seasonal and cultural events throughout the year, to drive social connections · Free fitness classes (through Live Life Get Active) that run five days a week during school terms, to improve the health and wellbeing of residents
  • Free fortnightly program of fitness activities (through Ready Steady Go Kids) for primary school students, to improve the health and wellbeing of kids
  • Mental resilience classes for primary school students (through the National Theatre for Children’s Mind Masters Program), to educate about mental health and build resilience and wellbeing
  • A waste education and recycling program (through Keep Australia Beautiful) to educate children on the importance of effective waste practices and embed a sense of caring for and pride in their community
  • A skills exchange program, delivered in partnership with Empowering Growth, to help fund training that supports employment outcomes (e.g. drivers licence applications, TAFE qualifications and certificates).
