The Assistant Development Director you will work with key stakeholders to Manage and/or oversee specific development projects that are critical to Landcom’s success due to their complexity, key stakeholders or financial importance and be accountable and responsible for the acquisition, planning, development, financial control, marketing and sale of these projects, within approved limits and policies, and may include management of staff members in a development team. Including various processes and functions as outlined under Primary Objectives.
