OVERVIEW

Oran Park Town is the first stage of development in the South West Growth Corridor, with the potential to house up to 35,000 people over a 20 year development horizon.

Located in Camden, the total land area is some 1,300 hectares and Landcom is working with the Greenfields Development Corporation (GDC) to develop the first 2000 lots.

When completed, Oran Park Town will include a new town centre, with major transport infrastructure, retail, commercial and leisure facilities.

It will also include a diversity of housing types, ranging from detached dwellings to medium and higher density (apartment) forms.

The first residential lots will be available in Spring 2009.
