The New Rouse Hill is set to be one of Sydney’s most vibrant and liveable communities. The community will include a cosmopolitan town centre, up to 1,800 modern homes, over 34 hectares of parks and open space and extensive community facilities. Regeneration of the banks of tranquil Caddies Creek have inspired the landscaping of The New Rouse Hill with species native to the local Cumberland Plain landscape.

The New Rouse Hill has been planned carefully so that you and your family can thrive.

The New Rouse Hill is located in the suburb of Rouse Hill, within the Baulkham Hills Shire.  It is approximately 39 km northwest of the Sydney CBD which is easily accessible via the new T-way bus system located on the doorstep. The 122-hectare site is bounded by Windsor Road, Commercial Road and Withers Road.

Nearest existing centres are Baulkham Hills, located 10 km to the southeast, Castle Hill, some 8 km to the southeast, Blacktown, 11 km to the south and Windsor and Richmond, about 10 km and 18 km respectively to the northwest.

The New Rouse Hill will be home to about 4,500 residents upon completion. Carefully planned open spaces are designed to encourage interaction and community activities and, wherever you choose to live, you’ll be only a three-minute walk from your local parkland or open space.

You’ll find opportunities to work, live and play close to your home. Leave the car behind and take the kids along the network of cycle paths; dine al fresco in one of the many restaurants and cafés or take a picnic by Caddies Creek or next to historic Mungerie House; head over to the amphitheatre to enjoy an open air concert…or just relax with family and friends in your own green space.
