New Land Release Coming in 2010!
Landcom commenced construction of the next stage of Ashton Grove in early October 2009.
The next stage of development will deliver:
- 30 residential lots
- 13ha of retained bushland delivered into Council ownership as a public reserve - this is over 50% of the site!
- 5,000m2 of parklands (Western Park)
- Linkages connecting the surrounding neighbourhoods to each other and to Greenhills Shopping Centre
- Over 1,000m of shared path extending Rimmicks Trail to 3.4km of off-road pathway for walking, cycling and equestrian activities
- A carpark and seating area within the Western Parkland to allow the wider community to use the facilities
