Landcom has an accredited Environmental Management System and a sustainability reporting program with requirements and performance criteria for supply chain management.  Our key suppliers are design consultants, projects managers, construction contractors, project home builders and private sector developers.

We have a number of guidelines and performance requirements for our service providers which are detailed below.  We also have a pre-qualification process for our project managers, civil works contractors and landscape contractors with specific performance criteria for environmental protection, safety at workplace and industrial relation.
